Sense won't turn on or charge

Fitbit sense was on 53% battery and turned off all of a sudden. Has not worked since - I have tried all advice - charge it, clean charging port, change charger, charged for a long amount of time (24 hours) press down and hold button (indentation) but nothing has worked. Had worked so well before then - had a few moments where it has done this in the past but I have always manages to revive it.  Any other ideas I could try ?

This happened to me too! Went to bed with about 50% battery and it hasn’t turned on since and won’t charge. Sometimes I get the Fitbit logo on the screen or a 0% battery warning, but nothing else.
