i charged my fitbit sense and now it will not switch on
i have tried holding the button on for 20 seconds to reset and it has not worked.
the watch is now totally unresponsive.

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Sense. You've done a good job! Because your post didn't mention, may I know if the green lights on the back are flashing? I'm asking this as it might be that your watch isn't charging correctly. Even though you've tried restarting your tracker, I'd suggest you to give a try to the troubleshooting tips described in this help article and monitor your watch's behavior.
