i have 2 issues. charged the Fitbit sense and I cant get it to turn on or swipe. I also would like to know how to have 2 Fitbit senses and have one downloaded to my iPhone and one to computer

You can't have 2 Senses on one account and its a bad idea to have even one connected on 2 devices [phone and computer] because it can lead to awful problems syncing.

It might be necessary to turn off all devices. The watch can be restarted by holding the button for upto 8 seconds, until it vibrates or the logo appears.

then turn on the phone and install just the one Sense on it.
