Sense quit working. It was a replacement for my Ionic. Now what do I do? Won't turn on. Did not get wet. I was sleeping. It worked when I went to bed. How do I return it?

Did you try charging or resetting?
Check charge cord to see if all 4 pins are of equal
depth. If not may not charge. Need new cord.
TTo reset, push button in until you see the Fitbit icon and then release. Let it go through the reset process.
To get a replacement contact fitbit. Chat is usually the preferred method.

Thanks for the time. When I woke up it did sync at 6;21a then I plugged in to charge and it started then it went to Fitbit sign then it just quit. The charging cable in tact. The side button does not respond at all. I am trying the replacement plan.

I have the exact issue my Sense is also a replacement for my Ionic. My Sense stopped working after 3 months. As of today 6/26/2022 it has been 26 days and counting waiting for a replacement.

For me it was just a few days after they received my unit.

Well, it's like deja vu for me. I had the same issue with the original Versa, Versa2 and now the Sense. I purchased the device last June (2021) and just like the others it lasted for about a year. I tried all the suggestions, holding the virtual button for many seconds, even purchasing a new charging cable but nothing seems to work. This is not a cheap device, My husband has owned the Charge, Charge 3, 4 and now 5 and he has not had any issues with either model. It appears to be an issue with the smart watch version of these Fitbits. I'm going to open a ticket tomorrow to see what can be done.

Same thing happened to me today while I slept. Feeling really naked and confused without a watch to wear for my nightshift.
The tracking portion quit a few days ago and now just death.

Hi, @FishySoup welcome to the community, It's unclear precisely what you are having a problem with so please forgive me if I miss the target. Check to see the state of charge ( In your Fitbit app on your phone sync (slide your finger down the "today" screen & release) the green horizontal indicator will show you the progress of the sync. The battery icon in the top right corner of the "Today" screen will report the state of charge on completion of the sync. If your "Sense" has been discharged you will need to recharge it Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? provides advice & guidance on trouble-shooting, note, in particular, the section on cleaning the back of your device, I use rubbing alcohol. Look carefully at the charging cable, the 4 little spring-loaded pins should be slightly proud of the pad surface and free (wiggle gently with your finger)
If you need to "restart" your "Sense" hold the side button for about 20 seconds until the screen has gone off and the Fitbit logo has appeared, release and wait about 35 seconds at which time normal service should have occurred.
I hope this helps but please post here again with more details if you are still stuck.
Cheers
