Sense won't turn on

Fitbit Sense only owned 2 months. Fully charged from the night before. Not worn overnight. Placed on wrist this morning and was working, noticed that when I turned my wrist it was no longer coming on. Pressed button to turn on face and it vibrated. Repeatedly pressed and it vibrated but face would not turn on. Now it won't even vibrate. No response at all from watch. Is there a solution to this?

Hi, @PDR001 , sometimes changing your clock face can kick start your Fitbit and solve this sort of issue.

You can change the clock face in your app. On the opening screen click on the small person icon/photo top left .  That will take you to the account screen.  On the account screen click on the Sense icon.  On the Sense screen choose gallery and upload a new clock face then sync your Fitbit.

With luck that will solve the issue.  If not, you can also force a hard reset by holding down the button for 10 seconds or longer until you see the Fitbit logo.

Hopefully this helps.  Let us know how it goes.  Welcome to the forums!

Hi Julia.... Thanks for the response. But at this time there is 0 response from the Sense at all. No chance to see a watch face. The button is not working at all. There is no power. I would be concerned that this was due to it running out of charge - but this was fully charged last night. It is a dead screen, with no ability to bring anything up on it and definitely no chance to reset or restart at this time. Any other suggestions?
