Finding it impossible to update my sense. I’ve connected it and charged the battery but the newest download will simply not go in. It continues to spin saying searching for wifi and then connecting but never does. It really shouldn’t be this hard.

try resetting it. If needed..(which you really should not, but this helped me before)..stand close to the router and see if it picks up the wifi.
