Sense won't wake up properly on touch

Hello, what is the trick to get the screen on reliable by touch? In most cases it will not show up the clock. Do I have to tap strong or fast or right or left or outside? With dry or wet finger tips?

I am quite at a loss. Will not believe in a buggy or faulty model.

Regards

Ron

Hi, normally its not necessary to tap it.

Try Swipe right on the clock face and engage the wrist action icon, disable the Sleep if engaged.

Then when you raise the watch to look at it it will come on automatically.

The display can also be turned on/off by touch the button.

Some people have found tapping the side of the watch case horizontally works better than tapping the face vertically.

If it was responding to double tap and is not now, it may be an update issue,

in which case probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
