I recently purchased a Sense, while i was trying to get used to using it it discovered the it was endlessly was repairing and would stop being paired for no reason. I have tried restarting my phone, re setting up the sense, and restarting the sense. Note; my phone is a moto g5 plus

Can you give us a little more info? What phone?
Where do you see this message? Has the Fitbit app paired the tracker to your phones Bluetooth?
Does the sense disappear from the phones Bluetooth?
A user can not do this pairing.
