Hi @Roziern ! A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
Please keep in mind that the connection to sync your Sense will not be done over the bluetooth menu on your phone but it will be directed over the Fitbit app.
That being said. Please make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date.
Restart your Sense and try to set it up as a new device:
