My son bought this with his Christmas money and his phone is not allowing him to pair. He has a Samsung galaxy s9+ which is supported. He is also 11 and is on Google's family link. Please help.

Have you read the Terms of Service linked to below?

"Persons under the age of 13, or any higher minimum age in the jurisdiction where that person resides, are not permitted to access or use the Fitbit Service unless their parent has consented in accordance with applicable laws"
