Settings app on Sense

The Settings app on the Sense is nothing but a question mark. Tapping it does nothing.

The Android app on the phone says Settings is installed. But on the watch it is just a big question mark. 

I tried restarting the device several times.

 

Please advise.

Hi @DRS1 - You can chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support to get help with a factory reset.

But sync the watch first and be patient when doing it as it isn't without risk.

Also it is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset or replacement if necessary.
