Settings wont work? Wrist flip doesn't turn on

When I turn my wrist, my fitbit doesn't turn on.i have to hit the button. I have tried to adjust in the settings but when I go to the display options, everything is grayed out and I am not able to make any changes? This is also causing me not to get any notifications, alarms, etc. I have had this fitbit for 3 days...so I shouldn't be having issues...

It sounds like your Sense may be in DND (do not disturbe) or Sleep mode. Please swipe to the right from the clock face and make sure neither is activated. See below.
