Short battery life and slow charging

The battery life is less than 2 days. I've turned off things like Alexa and Spotify that I don't really use. To make it worse I keep getting the slow charging notification. So not only is is using the battery too fast it's not charging fast.

Hi, @LxPeanut, welcome. As you appreciate battery drain depends on what you are doing with your "Sense", "Snore report" has a high drain rate as the microphone is on all the time. If you use the GPS a lot this also affects the battery reserve. I'm using mine for swimming (90 minutes a day) and an hours walk plus usual movement which results in a 25% drain - I'm not using the "Snore Report". So far as charging is concerned you may be interested in this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? I find I need to clean the contacts on the reverse of my "Sense" occasionally. As advised use warm soapy water (do dry it carefully before charging), I use cotton buds which I twist in the little pits that take the contacts from the charging cable. Another area that is worth looking at is the 4 little pins in the charging cable that contact the reverse of your "Sense", these are spring-loaded and move a little. Be careful with these as they do seem susceptible to damage.
