Should sense be charge to 100%

Hi, 

 

In case of my Huawei phone, the battery level should not be below 20% and not exceed 90% to extend the battery live. 

 

Are there any guideline regarding the above and generally charging for Fitbit Sense?

Nowadays, no batteries charge to 100 or 0. They show that number but really have still some percentage left. So no, you can charge it to 100 and even leave it for more (it won't charge it).
