I got the sense for my birthday after a charge HR and Ionic. Both of which I loved. So was really excited. But I hate it. I would love to get my money back but I’m out of the 3 months. First it wouldn’t synch (for ages) I was resetting to synch. I reported and they sent a new one of this freezes when swimming and I have to hard stop to switch off.
I also must accidentally press something all the time as it keeps asking me to add wallet.
I really can’t get on with it at all.
is there anything I can do?

With the latest firmware the user requested Water Lock has been added.
This feature requires a double tap to exit swim mode.
This feature also locks the screen while in swim mode and explains why the screen is not responding.

Did you by any chance purchase it directly from Fitbit? I don't know for sure what the exchange policy is, but you may be able to take it back to Fitbit (or the original retailer) and ask for an exchange. Please note that each company has their own exchange policy and you will have to abide by that.
If that doesn't work, there's a 1 year (or 2 year, so I've heard outside the US) limited warranty where you can exchange the Sense for a new one directly through Fitbit. If this is what you want to do, you will need to contact Support directly using the link at the bottom of this page.
