Is there anyway of locking the side button. Whenever I go on the bike my clothes press the side button and pause. I had the same on ionic surely there should be a way to lock the button. This is very poor Fitbit!!

Hi @Slaw1967, welcome to the community.

 

Unfortunately there is currently no way to lock the device/screen during exercise (or any other time). You could add your vote to this feature suggestion (here), but seeing as the status is "currently not planned" I wouldn't hold out too much hope.

You could always try wearing on the other wrist or on the underneath of your wrist.
