I've been trying to use my Sense since Christmas with no useful results.
Inserting a side by side below as illustrative of the dozens of side by sides I've done with my original Versa. The workout here was a 4 minute sprint with barbell movement, burpees, and box jumps (30 reps each). I like to think of my cardio system as efficient, but I know I'm not doing this work at 87 bpm. This is par for the course. I've never had the Sense indicate a sustained avg HR over 110, no matter how hard I've worked out, how many resets, times I've changed arms, or side of wrist, changed straps, etc.
The hardware/software is flawed in this product and Fitbit is taking people for a ride, asking customers to pay them for the privilege of being a beta tester. Caveat emptor.

Beta tester? More like Zeta tester. The fact that the Sense falls short in so many ways makes me wonder if it was even tested at all before release.

Yup, even got a replacement, does the same thing. Doing mostly weightlifting and Crossfit. Does seem to track when running though, all of which is the general consensus of the forum.
Allegedly a software update is on the way, which is why I'm stuck with switching to the Versa for workouts, then back to the Sense because I like the advanced features.
