Since firmware update, numbers & text no longer shown on screen

I did the firmware update today on my Sense & now only images are showing, no text. This means I cannot even see the screen where I would request it to shut down and restart, my go to first troubleshooting step. Shown are examples of the current watch face, the alarms page, the weather page, as well as the clocks change page. I rely upon my watch as it helps with my disabilities and am struggling to function without it already.

Have you tried restarting by holding the side button until the Fitbit icon appears and then release while it restarts? Maybe that will work.

I have. Multiple times. That hasn't fixed it.

I have changed my clock face using my watch to now show an analog watchface so I can continue using the clock & alarms as previously set up, but can't use the timers at all without being able to see the numbers.
