I have recently updated to an iPhone 12 and now my sense battery is draining quickly. It is not even lasting half a day. Does anyone have any ideas what to do? Is this a warranty issue, can I get a replacement? I have tried to get in touch with customer service via the app however it keeps telling me it’s unavailable

Question.
Did you have the sense prior to iPhone 12 and the watch worked fine?
I’m considering a new phone but have concerns it will not play well with my Fitbit sense.
Right now I’m running an iPhone 6s Plus and the Fitbit sense works perfectly.

Fitbit said they are working on a solution. Something in the last update went wrong. I’m giving them a couple more days then calling them back. If that doesn’t work I’m going to move on to another product

reset it, and after everything is reset up, turn off bluetooth. After a few days, you won't have to turn off Bluetooth. It seems to helped with my issue with my iphone 11..

Same has happened with my sense. Only variable is latest iPhone iOS update. Battery won’t even last a full day. I’m not getting all my data recorded because it is charging more than it is on my wrist!

Thank you very much. I’ll stick with the phone I have until this is all sorted out.
