Fitbit app isnt showing an analysis of sleep duration and an analysis of sleeping heart rate & restlessness. It has been missing for a couple months. Did the recommend app update, no help. CS doesn't seem to understand what I'm talking about and just tell me to rest the tracker or one had be do a factory reset. Not only did it NOT help but I had to restructure all my readings. PITA! Anyone else missing these reading?

Hi @Holly33 - this is most likely a problem with the new Fitbit App not syncing properly - but after you have synced a few times successfully. swipe the watch face left and tap on the Today app and tap on the sleep tile and see if there is more information there. - if so it would confirm it is a Fitbit App problem.
If the Sleep tile is missing scroll to the bottom to add it.

Best AnswerThis has been going on for 2 months. I truly do not think it's a sync issue. The sleep score is there with info but what I don't see anymore is "your sleeping HR was below your resting HR this % of time. That's good for someone your age" None of this feedback is there for any of the sleep stages like it used to be.
