Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunriseRun491.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

Please follow the next steps:

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit Sense by following these steps.

- Log back into the Fitbit app

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1643250774083.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hope this helps.

I manually edited the sleep log time by one minute and then it recalculated successfully. Nothing else fixed the glitch.

why would I want to setup my watch as a replacement device?

Thanks for your response, @SunriseRun491.

Setting up a Fitbit device as a replacement device helps in cases where the information is not getting synced correctly.

I'm glad to hear that you've resolved the issue with your sleep tracking.

Have a nice day.
