Sleep results not syncing with Fitbit app . Have tried turning Bluetooth on and off, shutting sense down and restarting mobile , seems to be an intermittent fault not working at the moment ☹️

It happens most morning for me where I don't get the sleep cycles.
I take note of the time I went to bed and woke up, I then delete the sleep log, and enter it manually. It then loads the sleep cycles and O2 rate.

It sounds like a factory reset may be in store for you. I've had to factory reset mine 3 times since having it. It finally works right for the most part. Sleep scores every night along with other stats. But time zone changes still don't work and the speaker volume for calls is still horrible, basically useless. But speech to text is finally working for me now. Before the latest 5.1.1 updated I couldn't even respond to a text with speech. It would always give an error of some sort.
