When I first got my Fitbit Sense, the sleep date recorded ok the first night. The data included Awake time, REM time, Light sleep and Deep sleep. However in the four subsequent nights only the Asleep, Restless, an Awake time date was recorded. I can't figure out why. Any help would be great! I've only had the Fitbit Sense for a week so it may be something simple that I just can't figure out!
Best AnswerSame thing for me. I have used it 6 night and I have got the score on the third and on the fifth night. So 2 of 6 night. I restarted it before the fifth nigh so I will try that agin today. But do I need to do that every day? I have tried to have it on the dominant arm (did not worked) tried to have it tighter and longer up on the wrist, (it did not worked). I got the spo2 every night. I have never got the skin temperature.
Best AnswerThe very first night I had it I got the REM, Light, Deep, awake scores and a score of 70. Since then I've only gotten the asleep, restless, and awake indications with no overall score. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I logged off and on, etc. I'm not sure what else to do. I tried shifting it up a bi ton my arm....I just can't figure out why it worked the first night and not the rest....????
Best AnswerYes, and now it worked for a few days and then didn't work last night. I had the strap so tight that I had red marks on my wrist...there must be a way to have it tighten optimally without having it dig into the skin and yet have REM, etc. record instead of just the total sleep time, etc..also what do I clean the band with on the Sense? Thanks.
