I have very little luck using the sleep score. About once out of every 5 months I get a score. I wear it tight, loose, high and low. Last night I even tried my ankle. Nothing changes. I have seen a reading on the ecg showing a bundle block with grouped or couplet beats. Will this prevent a sleep score?

I had to do three factory resets and set up a new Fitbit account to get my Sense to work properly, including sleep scores. Before the last reset or maybe the latest update helped too, I couldn't get hardly any stats or scores including sleep and skin temp. Factory reset isn't that bad but if you delete your account and then factory reset the watch and create a new account, that was a little more time consuming. But my watch gives me scores and stats pretty consistently now.
