Hi there,
I just received a fitbit Sense as a gift on December 5. The watch has been working great until a few days ago when it stopped syncing my sleep score to my watch. I can still see the sleep score in the app but for some reason it is showing up as blank (as two little dashes --) on my watch clock face. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting and re-installing the app, logging out of the app and nothing seems to be helping. I also wear my watch to sleep every night. Any help would be appreciated here.

I have been having the same problem lately. I have tried everything that is suggested here. Restarting app and (Sense) watch, resetting Bluetooth, logging out of and and back into the app... very annoying. The app show the score, but the app never seems to sync back. My watch also often says it cannot find my phone, and I'm sure that's related.
