Sleep score suddenly stopped displaying on both the app and the watch

From one day to the next the sense stopped recording my sleep correctly. On the app it displays the time I was asleep, but no other information. No info on the sense watch. 
Yes, I did restart the watch.

Seems like this is a common issue.

Probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Hi @gzhavens do you have sleep stages? Is your heart rate enabled? 

 

What does the Fitbit app tell you? Bring up a sleep in question. Look under the graph for your reason. 

You need 3 hours of sleep and a consistent heart rate.
