Sleep stages issue in sense

I have purchased new sense. Since day one it is not tracking sleep stages and spo2, breathing rate . 

I have fitbit versa 2 earlier. It didn't have this issues 

Pls suggest the solution

@bsri can you please share your firmware version, phone model and OS? Are the lights on sense back blinking?

@bsri can you please check when the last sync was (open Fitbit app, tap on your picture and scroll down to sense)? Also, can you please post a screenshot of HR and sleep charts from Fitbit mobile app?
