Sleep tracking

Hi All I'm very frustrated with my sense and it's inconsistent sleep tracking.

I have a regular sleep pattern every day:

10pm - 7am every day 

I've done regular rebot on my fitbit, changed to sensitive.

Also deleted the app and reset it.

No complicated solutions please.

I'm 66, dyslexic and have sleep Apnoea.

I suggest you start by changing it from sensitive to normal.

Hi

I've always had it on normal, tried sensitive for 2 nights and has same result if not worse.
