I'm very pleased with my Sense. It shows battery-life around 6 days, but after jeg enablet "Snore detection", the battery-life went down to 3 days.

So how do i disable "Snore detection"?

Snore detection definitely is a battery hog, probably useful for a night or 2 to find out is you snore;  then maybe again in a few weeks or months to see if anything has changed.

From phone app Today screen:

Sleep tile > gear/settings icon near top right > 'Detect Snoring' - Off (slider left)

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
