Today some system on my Pixel 6 cell phone tried to set up communication of some type with my Fitbit Sense. I think it was done by the Fitbit app but I am not sure.
The installation tried to connect a device to a URL with the name Amazon***. I don't know what it was trying to do. But now my Sense battery isn't taking a charge and the clock-face is replaced by a graphic that I don't recognize, and the Sense displays messages expecting I should communicate with it by voice.
Related -- I have an Amazon Echo Pop with Alexa which is somehow involved. Alexa used to be connected to WiFi & internet to answer questions and play music. Now Echo Pop can't find the WiFi and doesn't work.
Another matter possibly related is today the Sense's band broke and left a piece stuck in the watch - which I had to fish out. It was stuck pretty hard so I could have damaged the watch in removing it.
I'm afraid the battery will run down and prevent me from applying a fix - if there is one,
Does anyone know what is going on here?
==== UPDATE, edit
I was wrong about the battery not accepting a charge. That was caused by a blown circuit breaker. The battery is working.
