SpO2 has not been reading on watch for last month on both our watches.

For both my husband and I to have the same issue is more than coincidental, I believe.  First chat support tech  walked me through all of the usual steps an nothing has changed.  Second chat tech kept me on line for an hour going in circles having me do the same thing as the previous over and over.  Then he went into telling me to go to Gallery and install SpO2.....there is nothing available there to do such a thing for my sense.  I know there are a lot of 2 day problems out there, but a month is ridiculous.  Anyone have suggestions?

Hi @Spopar - for the Sense there is an SpO2 tracker app. If this is missing you may not see the metric on your watch. You will only see this app in the list of apps in the Fitbit App Gallery tile Sense tab. or via a search.

Thank you Guy.  I did know that the SPO2 app needed to be installed.  The problem was it no longer appeared on the list in Gallery.  After deleting and reinstalling our FitBit apps multiple times, we were finally able to reinstall the SpO2 app.   Now we are dealing with the issue on both Fitbit apps that every other day or so the watches and apps won't sync unless fitbit app is deleted and reinstalled. Definitely a new problem since Google which I have not yet migrated to.  Any advice?
