SpO2 not working on Sense

I have a new Sense. Installed the SpO2 app and clock face and my location is set to Florida. No measurement is given. When i look at health metrics, it tells me to install app and clock face, but they are both already installed.

Sleep measurements work, but not SpO2.

Interesting as my sleep measurements (score) randomly started working two nights ago but Sp02 randomly stopped working last two days.
