SpO2 shows on the watch face but won't update in the Health Metrics

Hello!

The SpO2 is updating on my watch, every day, but hasn't updated in the Health Metrics section of the app for the last 3 days. I have restarted both my phone and my watch with no success. Everything else is syncing. Is this not working for anyone else?
