Speakers don't work!!!

New sense is a nuisance as I can not get any life out of the speakers. Driving me crazy as support and website are dreadful. I and thinking of sending  it back

It has a very small speaker. On the watch there is a volume control and depending on the usage and during voice calls you may have to increase the phone volume too.
