Steps Disappear

I have had my new Sense since December after finally retiring my Blaze. I never had any issues with my Blaze however, I am struggling with steps disappearing on my Sense. Today I had logged 9200 steps working toward 10,000. I looked at my app 5 minutes later and it was showing 7280 steps. This has happened twice in the past week. Very disappointing. Does anyone have any advice?

Yes, it might be a conflict between two sources of steps. Did you by any chance activate Mobile tracking as well?
