Steps being deleted after syncing

Hey, 

I’ve noticed over the past week or two, that my watch will show a higher number of steps however when I then sync theyre decreased significantly. This is also leading me to believe that the app is not auto syncing in the back ground.

 

So far I have done the following and it’s still continuing to happen:

- basic reset of sense

- factory reset of sense

- deleted the app entirely from my phone and redownloaded

- removed sense from app and reset back up

 

nothing seems to be working. Any ideas?

There is nothing you can do, it is a new bug. Please see this thread. One of the moderators confirmed that the Fitbit team is aware.

This seems to be a common problem recently. Several other entries and I’m also experiencing it. It’s nice that the app tells you you’re an overachiever, only to find out your step count is half of you were just notified about.
