Hi there,
I got a fitbit Sense recently so I could calculate calories on my workouts and adjust my diet according. It's my first smart watch/fitness tracker so I have nothing to compare to.
I have been using it for over a month now and apart from the time I found everything else is quite inaccurate.
Steps;
I found that even on days I don't go out I can get to 10k steps
Calories;
For light activities or things that are not even activities fitbit tells me I have burned a lot of calories, 15 minutes bath fitbit registered as activity with 130 cals burned (which is impossible)
Bpm;
This is totally inaccurate, most of my workouts my bpm stays around 80 90 even though I feel how fast my heart beat is. I have examples of those workouts but I can't seems to insert images here. There are cases where my bpm goes up to160 after workout while drinking my shake and resting, though during workout it changes drastically from 150/60s to 90s in a matter of seconds and it usually stays below range most of the workout.
Sleep;
I had cases when I am trying to fall asleep ( It takes a while for me) it registers it as I am asleep and the report in the morning is usually wrong.
Not sure I have a faulty device or Sense is just not good at these, which kind of defeats the purpose as these are the only reason I got this device.
Please let me know if there are ways to fix these issue otherwise I will probably return it.
Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Atheris.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for the information provided.
If you manually log activities on your Fitbit account, your steps and calories burned will get increased. I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "What can I do if my step count seems inaccurate?" and follow the instructions.
Fitbit devices combine your basal metabolic rate (BMR)—the rate at which you burn calories at rest to maintain vital body functions (including breathing, blood circulation, and heartbeat)—, your activity data and your heart-rate data to estimate your calories burned. The number you see on your Fitbit device is your total calories burned for the day. Please make sure your personal information (sex, age, height and weight) on your Fitbit profile is accurate. You can find instructions to manage your Fitbit profile here.
There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device. You can find some tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues in this site.
Whether you don't see sleep stages, I would recommend following the instructions in this article in the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?".
If you want to attach an image to your response, you can follow these instructions.
Hope this helps.
