Still no idea when my Fitbit sense is going to be delivered

Still no idea when my Fitbit sense is going to be delivered. It was pre-ordered in early September and the money was taken 2 weeks ago. Called and they can't even give me a delivery date. This just isn't good enough, what's going on? Is anybody else still waiting?

I'm having a similar issue with fulfillment. I preordered on Aug. 25th and my order supposedly shipped on September 23rd. The free shipping option uses Fedex SmartPost which doesn't give an ETA, the tracking page just says "On the way" which is unhelpful. At any rate, my order has been "On the way" for 14 days (9 business days if you want to think of it that way)-- lesson learned for me--don't order direct from Fitbit. Buy it from a local retailer or from Amazon if you have to--fulfillment won't be an issue this way.

@djsteev Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Sorry to hear that you still don't have a date for the delivery of your new Fitbit Sense. Only Support can check you order and provide a date so please reach out to them again to inquire about any updates. Also note that some items may be in back order so this could be the reason you haven't received your device.

Let me know how it goes.

Argos, John Lewis and Currys all have them in stock. John Lewis gives free 6 months premium subscription. can you cancel your order with Fitbit and buy from one of those stores?

Just an update on mine-- I did receive it unexpectedly today from the mail carrier. So it was 14 full days after the shipping date--just be mindful of the incredible slowness of SmartPost if you chose the free shipping option. I ended up returning mine through Fitbit's RMA process which, to their credit, was very fast. One thing to note, return postage is on you--it is not a free return. Mine ended up costing $9. Good luck!

If you paid by credit card just charge it back.
Make Fitbit argue with visa and not you, your time is worth more and a charge back plus a quick trip to your local electronics store will most likely get you stock.
