Ok I had this sense for five months charged it last night worked fine and this morning it was ok then all of the sudden it just stopped with the fitbit logo on and it makes a vibrate sound and a very faint red light comes on the back. Won't turn on . I think it crashed

Mine started doing this when you access settings. If you can get it on if you go into settings and toggle stuff on or device manager is it forcing a crash?

Hold the power button for 30seconds see if you can force feboot it and try to find the "cause".
