Did you check the pins on the cable?

Hi @timcstc I am a bit confused about what you have done to resolve the issue. Did you contact Support,and they havent got back to you? If that is the case then contact them again. Fitbit Support   If you want help for your Sense not charging, try THIS  Help Article on charging problems
