Stopped receiving weekly report email of Sense

The last Fitbit Weekly Progress report email I received was 5/24/21.  Has it stopped and why?  Can anyone shed some light?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to confirm, have you checked your spam or junk folders to see if the email arrived there? If you have, let's double check if the notification for the weekly reports is enabled:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
  3. Make sure to turn on the Weekly Summary option under Email Notifications.

 

Once this is done, wear your Sense as you've been doing and wait to receive your weekly reports next week. Note this email is sent out on Mondays and continue through Tuesday

I have the same issue. Not receiving weekly summaries. I have changed nothing..

Thanks for letting me know that you have the same issue. While you haven't changed your settings, may I know if you've checked your spam or junk folders? Also, did you try turning off and on the Email Notifications option for Weekly Summary? If you've done all this, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support team so they can investigate what may be occurring and provide you with further help. I will see on Monday if I get an email. However, it isn't a big deal, because I know what I have done throughout the week.
