Stopped working after 3 weeks. Won't take a charge

I started using my Sense Fitbit on 01/16/2022. Never got any tracking details. When I did it was sleep. It only tracked my sleep from the time I laid down until I got up to pee. At the most 2 hours. Couldn't track my sleep properly, my oxygen, heart rate, steps. Where can I return or exchange for 1 that works?

Hi @Valeriafox  - the chargers are often problematic, and the watches do need cleaning, which may not be the case for you but check alt the issues in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

You do need continuous sleep for it to do the proper analysis and the watch needs to sync with the Fitbit App for all information to transfer and calculate.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to see if the watch has a problem in addition to the charger.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

As it is still under warranty and if found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues.
