I'm paranoid now! ...I don't remember nodding off for 1hr 5mins this afternoon...did I???? Am i going to be one of those older ladies who suddenly fall asleep on a Sunday afternoon in front of the telly! 😳

@Newtripley Don't be paranoid about this. Sleep is measured by an EEG. Fitbit uses a combination of lack of wrist movement, heart rate and breathing patterns to estimate sleep. You were just very still for that time period. The same thing happened to me last evening. Fitbit's sleep tracking isn't perfect, but it is highly regarded among fitness trackers.

Yeah...it just tickled me because there have been times I've nodded off and been rudely awaken by my cat!
Fitbit sleep tracking though I find on most quite accurate....and its very possible I did have a snooze!

@Newtripley And 1 hour is the minimum for sleep tracking so it's possible
