Strap broke, how to order new one

Hi All, my Fitbit strap broke. How can I order new one? And my husband's charger is not working, how to order tht one? Both our Fitbit were less than 5months old.

Hi @Prasannag22  its possible these are both covered by warranty if you purchased form an authorized retailer. Get with support to ask them.

Can I claim for the sports band instead of classic one for replacement?

@Prasannag22  you can ask, but generally it's a replacement for the exact band you had.
