Can’t get any stress data or a sleep score. Has intermittently recorded about one a week for both but nothing since mid March

Presumably you restarted both watch and phone?
Try
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo notification setup. |

It may not be retroactive, so if you have just done it, you may have to wait till tomorrow.
If you already did it some days ago check your heart rate to see if its registering normally.
If no success probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
