Stress monitoring

Which devices track irregular heartrate? And which ones track stress? And if they track stress but not irregular heart rate, what do they track exactly?

@Jonathan1982 Only Sense has ECG app (certain countries only) to track arrhythmias such as Afib. It detects my extra beats as well. Note that this is not a constant monitoring - i.e. you can record one point ECG over 30 seconds. Also only Sense has stress monitoring and high/low heartrate monitoring which is continuous.
