Swiming

I went swimming in the pool and when I got out I noticed my watch wouldn’t turn on. I’ve tried resetting and and charging but nothing is working. It is only 6 months old. Is it still covered under warranty?

Hi, @SunsetRunner! Depending on where you bought it, it ought to be! I'd suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly. They might ask you for some information like a sales receipt, so it would go more smoothly if you have that available if not purchased through Fitbit.
