Switched from Android to iPhone. Do I need to delete the Sense and then reinstall it?

My Sense, like so many here, has not worked correctly since I got it. I get an SPO2 reading every 8 days, which is the reason I bought it in the first place. But in the meantime I just bought an iPhone, moving from an Android, and now the iPhone  can't find the Sense or let me update the tracker, although it says that it is syncing. Do I need to delete the Sense and reinstall it on the iPhone? I don't expect it to work any better but I need it to lodge a report with Support again. Thx

You should only have to download the iOS app, log into your account and then link the phone to your Sense. No need to delete it from your account. You might want to uninstall the Android app from your old phone first.

Make sure you remove the device from the old phone if keeping, by removing it from Bluetooth and remove sense controls etc from the old phone.

That may be why it cannot be found or trouble syncing. Conflict with old phone.

I have the app on multiple phones with absolutely no problems at all.
