I've been paying for a personal Premium subscription, but apparently my UHC Medicare Advantage plan will pay for Premium through the Community for One Pass group. How do I seamlessly switch without losing my history? Thanks.

@ellett You are describing a very specific way of paying for Premium. I think you need to contact UHC or Support for more help.

Been there, done that with both UHC and Fitbit support. Neither addressed what I asked. UHC support was a nothingburger where the UHC rep wasn't even aware of the UHC One Pass group, and Fitbit support told me how to cancel my Premium subscription, which I already know how to do, but said nothing about how to maintain my data during the transition.
This should be for Fitbit to answer, generically how to maintain Premium data while disconnecting/reconnecting Premium payment methods.

@ellett My Premium membership lapsed for a few weeks and all my Premium data disappeared. All the data reappeared when i restored my membership. UHC is my insurance carrier, but One Pass isn't part of my plan. If your UHC plan is tied to Rally Health, then this Rally page might help.
