Sync not properly working?

Received my Sense yesterday and the I seem to be experiencing some issues with the syncing it to my phone (Samsung S8). 

 

Some information like step count, heart rate and distance walked sync just fine but other information is not there. Battery shows 93% in my app while it is low 70s on the sense. EDA performed and sleep score do not update. 

 

I restarted and shut down the sense. I also removed and reconnected the WIFI and made sure both the device and my phone are on the 2.4ghz network. Nothing worked. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

One thing that worked with syncing is to have your fitbit app open in the background. My battery stats update on both devices once I open the fit bit app on my android.

I don't know the intervals when both devices sync automatically without my intervention though.

The Weather app was not syncing for 2 hours yesterday. It's a problem reported from 2017. Kind of disappointing really.

Thank you @SunsetRunner it showed as last sync 10 am yesterday so I did think it was not doing anything. I have repaired the sense at first indications is that it is now working.

I had this the other day and had to restart my mobile phone and it worked again. I have an android mobile. Hope this helps.
